With the long-delayed release of No Time To Die just a few weeks away, we’re seeing the arrival of new James Bond-licensed products seemingly every day. The latest (and one of the most intriguing) comes from an unexpected place, as adidas has teamed up with the 007 franchise for a tasteful capsule collection.
The highlight of the adidas x 007 Collection is a new series of Ultraboost running shoes. There are five new versions of the Ultraboost 20 in the capsule, each with distinct branding and highlights that were inspired by various characters, plot points, and scenes from the new Bond film. One blacked-out pair, created to honor Bond himself, features the gun barrel motif on the tongue, the 007 logo on the heel, and hidden pockets on the inside of the cage for storing espionage-related gear. The collection also includes apparel, with co-branded jackets, pants, and shirts for men and women all on offer. The adidas x 007 Collection drops on September 24 on the adidas website, with prices ranging from $45 for a T-Shirt to $200 for the Ultraboost 20 shoes.
