Triumph Street Twin by Down & Out Cafe Racers
Yeah yeah, we know it’s Tuesday. Monday’s unfortunate cousin. Little we can say or do will pull you out of the early work week doldrums. We are willing to bet though that your day may have gotten off to a better start if you had ridden to work atop this new build by Down & Out Cafe Racers.
Dubbed the Triumph Street Twin, this orange and black beauty combines modern style with classic Triumph Bonneville undertones. This was accomplished thanks to brushed alloy front and rear guards, providing a small dose of heritage, internally wired handlebars complete with microswitch switchgear for clean lines, a mini Motogadget speedometer, and the extra wide Down & Out yokes to fit the massive front tire. The unique look of this bike is upped from its spoked wheels, rather than the standard cast wheel setup. The saddle is also handmade, the re-worked frame alludes to that old-school Bonneville vibe we all know and love, and finishing touches include Down & Out micro indicators, a one-off black headlamp, sports levers, and a Down & Out chain guard. All told, the stunning Street Twin is 900cc’s of pure adrenaline-fueled fun. Even on a Tuesday morning.
