Six Pristine 991-Gen Porsche 911s Are Being Auctioned Off As a Single Lot

There is no such thing as a non-collectable Porsche 911. Every vintage generation of Porsche’s flagship sports car continues to climb in value and it’s hard to see the more recent iterations of the 911 as anything other than guaranteed future classics. And that’s the logic behind RM Sotheby’s latest Sealed Drop — a collection of half-a-dozen immaculate 991-gen Porsche 911s, all from the same single owner, and all being offered as a single lot.

The Basics

This Sealed Drop has been christened Six Cars, One Truck or The Delivery Mileage Porsche Collection — with the latter name stemming from the fact that all six cars boast roughly the typical number of miles that a vehicle has upon delivery. Every vehicle in the collection was purchased new by a single owner, though some have German registration, some have Austrian registration, and some are simply sold with a bill of sale. Sold with an included Man TGX truck and Rolfo Auriga trailer, each of these half-dozen seventh-gen 911s are going under the hammer as a single lot rather than being divided up and sold individually.

2016 Porsche 911 R

Representing the only 991.1 gen 911 in this collection, here we have a 2016 911 R finished in white with red stripes. Sporting VIN# WP0ZZZ99ZGS194557, this ultra-low-mile example benefits from a myriad of high-end, performance-focused options including a single mass flywheel and a carbon ceramic braking package. Its single owner also optioned it with LED headlights with the Porsche Dynamic Light System, 918 Spyder style bucket seats with Pepita inserts, a nav system, and Bose speakers. In total, since leaving the factory, this R-spec specimen has accumulated just 50 kilometers (or 31 miles).

2018 Porsche 911 GT3

Decked out in an Indian Red livery over a black interior, this 2018 991.2-gen 911 GT3 comes fitted with the Clubsport package and a six-speed manual. Add in ceramic brakes, an infotainment delete, a roll cage, and  918 Spyder-style bucket seats trimmed in Alcantara, and you’ve got one seriously capable track day weapon. Also optioned with Bi-Xenon headlights, a 90-liter fuel tank, and a headlight cleaning system, this particular specimen — VIN# WP0ZZZ99ZJS167018 — only has 50 kilometers (or 31 miles) on the odometer.

2018 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring

It’s hard to overstate the significance for this particular 991.2-gen 911. VIN# WP0ZZZ99JS168215, this is a GT3 Touring model that legitimately looks like it could have left the factory yesterday. It features a black livery over a black interior, plus the Sport Chrono package, carbon ceramic brakes, and a 90-liter fuel tank. While these details alone make it plenty special, it’s the fact that this 911 GT3 Touring has only 20 original kilometers (or 12.4 miles) on the clock that really caught our attention.

2018 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup

VIN# WP0ZZZ99ZJS198063, the example we have here is another bonafide track day machine, a 2018 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup. This 991.2-gen model not only still looks brand new, but it actually still wears its original protective film and tape. It’s also crucial to mention that, while this example was engineered for use on closed course circuits, it’s never actually been raced — or even tracked!

2018 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup R

A homologation special built so Porsche could compete in Group GT3 racing, this is a stunning 2018 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup R. Boasting VIN# WP0ZZZ99JS199501, this GT3 Cup R model once presented Porsche’s ultimate high-performance expression of the 991.2 generation 911. Best of all, just like with the above 911 GT3 Cup, this 911 GT3 Cup R has never been subjected to competition use. Hell, it’s never even been tracked. Now how’s that for special?

2019 Porsche 911 GT3 RS ‘Weissach’

Every model listed above is objectively impressive, even by today’s standards. Having said that, the alpha in this pack of Porsches is almost certainly the 2019 Porsche 911 GT3 RS Weissach. VIN# WP0ZZZ99ZKS160999, this 991.2-gen model boasts the Weissach package and Clubsport packages — complete with roll cage and racing harnesses — along with an onboard fire extinguisher, a 90-liter fuel cell, sound and navigation system deletes, a bevy of carbon fiber bits, and top-shelf magnesium wheels.

Painted in Racing Yellow over a full black leather interior, this example has just 27 kilometers (or 16.7 miles) on the clock as of the time of writing.

2019 Man TGX 18.640 & Rolfo Auriga

With the seller parting ways with his collection of 991-gen 911s, it seemingly occurred to the individual that they would no longer need the vehicle they previously used to haul around their half-dozen 991s. Consequently, the Delivery Mileage Porsche Collection also includes a  2019 Man TGX 18.640 truck and a Rolfo Auriga trailer. Sporting just 500 kilometers (or 310 miles) on the odometer, the truck features a 4×2 wheel configuration, air suspension, and a XXL-sized cab. Powering this Porsche hauler is a six-cylinder diesel engine that makes 640hp and comes mated to a ZF12 TX2821 twelve-speed gearbox.

Why We Love It

Collections like the one seen here don’t happen overnight, and it’s clear from the state of these cars, their options, and their mileage, that they’ve been meticulously ordered and cared for since leaving the factory. And that’s a massive part of what makes this single sale so special, as it sees someone put up their entire 991-gen collection — and offer an included truck and trailer to haul them, just as the icing on the cake. It’s also hard not to thoroughly appreciate the particular trim levels that the single owner selected, as the collection really is a who’s who of 991s.
