This Fully-Electric, 217-Foot Long Trimaran Offers 360-Degree Views

We see countless conceptual vessels across the web, but we’ve just discovered one of the biblical proportions. Taking inspiration from the one and only Noah’s Ark, yacht designer Aras Kazar has delivered the remarkably futuristic Noy trimaran.

When it comes to eco-conscious performance, it’ll be hard for many designers to outdo this concept, as it boasts a fully-electric propulsion system bolstered by hydrofoil tech, which paves the wave for a high speed of 24 knots at full tilt. This is powered by the trimaran’s solar panel-equipped metallic roof, allowing it to soak up the sun for additional riding time throughout day-and-nighttime trips.

Using virtually unbreakable materials like aluminum, fiberglass, and tempered glass, the innovative take on Noah’s Ark appears as though it was built for the 31st century as opposed to 400 decades ago, leaving us no choice but to question how many animals can the NOY accommodate? Thanks to its predominantly glass composition through the over-and-bulkheads, the 66-meter long (217 feet, for reference) vessel offers gorgeous 360-degree views that deem the interior as unique as its exterior design. As far as sleeping arrangements are concerned, the NOY features a total of nine cabins (six guests and three masters) and enough room for 16 crew members.
