Unimatic Debuts Three More Titanium Watches, Including Its Second-Ever GMT

Back in September, micro-brand darling Unimatic unveiled its first-ever titanium timepiece. It was a take on the slimmed-down Modello Due field watch. Now, the Italian brand is back again with a trio of new pieces utilizing the same case material, including one highly-anticipated GMT.

A sequel to Unimatic’s popular Hodinkee collab from last year, the new sports watch, dubbed U1S-TGMT, is the brand’s second-ever GMT complication and the first with a titanium case. Limited to just 100 pieces, it’s built on the Modello Uno dive watch template, featuring the same 300m of water resistance, 40mm case size, and larger 41.5mm bezel which sports a 24-hour scale. Swapping stainless steel for grade 2 titanium allows the new piece to be nearly half the weight of the previous GMT.

Limited to 500 pieces each, the other two watches are slightly more familiar, both with blue dials and matching straps inside grade 2 sandblasted titanium cases. Another Modello Uno diver, the U1S-T-MP sports the same case specs as the GMT but with a standard automatic movement and a slightly heavier weight. The second timepiece, an iteration of the Modello Due field watch, dubbed U2S-T-MP, sports a 38.5mm case with a smaller bezel.

All three Unimatic titanium watches are available now starting at €900 (~$907).
