Todd Snyder Teams Up with Randolph for a Quartet of U.S.-Made Aviators

Todd Snyder lives by iconic elements of men’s fashion, and there aren’t many accessories as timeless as a pair of aviator sunglasses. Upon working in collaboration with heritage eyewear manufacturer Randolph Engineering, the New York designer has managed to reimagine yet another classic silhouette for the better.

Randolph made its debut as a brand in 1973 and has been an all-American favorite ever since. In the years that followed its founding, the brand ultimately came together with the U.S. Military to craft aviator sunglasses specified for fighter pilots. The glasses have always been made to perform in the most extreme conditions, and they’ve also become a modern style icon. Snyder has long been a fan, and now he’s putting his admiration to work through this collab.

Todd Snyder is no stranger to collaborating on sunglasses, having come together with fellow New York label Moscot in the past, but this is the designer’s first collab with Randolph. Snyder’s twist on Randolph’s Aviators comes in four exclusive new colorways: Military Olive, Matte Black, 23 Karat Gold, and Gunmetal. Each pair is constructed via 200 steps at Randolph’s family-owned and operated factory in Massachusetts, showing off Snyder’s dual loves of American craftsmanship and premium quality.

Whether you’ve been familiar with this legendary pair of sunglasses for decades or are being introduced to Randolph through this collab, these stylish American-made Aviators are a great choice to wear this summer. The new collection will be available at the online stores of both Todd Snyder and Randolph on June 23, starting from $349.
