From a quality perspective, Woolrich’s ongoing partnership with Aimé Leon Dore has been as consistent as any we’ve seen, and their latest joint effort maintains the trend.
By taking inspiration from the heritage brand’s near-ceaseless array of archival pieces, the popular New York clothier has re-designed several wintertime essentials in several new looks suitable for this time of year. A pair of immediate standouts include the Quilted Vest in Microfiber and Quilted Jacket with Sherpa Shirt Collar, which are both insulated with 80/20 duck down and bound to operate well in frigid conditions. Additionally, it wouldn’t be an autumn collection without a stylish fleece, and the High Collar Half-zip is a great choice to make, comprised of a plush Italian wool blend and finished with Jacquard detailing.

Seeing as winter is truly right around the corner, the capsule also boasts an incredibly posh parka finished with a detachable faux fur insert on the hood, paving the way for optimal warmth with or without it, thanks to the garment’s insulating properties. This particular piece is finished with a stylish camo print, which can be achieved in full thanks to the matching Wool Blend Camo Pants and Wool Blend Camo Overshirt. The lineup is finished with various hats and other accessories, including a quilted bag, a leather-accented duffle bag, and an enamel-coated pin.
