The misconception is that a luxury yacht must be massive. While it’s true that more space typically equals more room for relaxation, entertainment, and extracurricular activities, there’s some value to a smaller boat as well, especially if it can still equip itself with high-end accommodations.
British outfit Liebowitz & Partners Design has just unveiled its latest Explorer Yacht, the EXO 144. Named for the length in feet from stern to bow, this 144-ft seafarer is the lower end of the range that includes the brand’s 187- and 208-ft models. While the superyacht looks magnificent at first glance with its vintage-inspired neo-retro design, paying homage to old vessels, it’s meant to be the ultimate balance between form and function.
Some of the key features of the exterior are the circulation paths for better accessibility of both guests and crew, the direct-bond glazing that provides a classic aesthetic but also makes maintenance easier, and a beautiful observation deck up top. The inside is both elegant and architecture-forward but can be tailored based on the owner’s wants and need.
Price points are yet to be revealed, but the Explorer Yacht EXO 144 is very much available for those interested, although you will have to set up a meeting with Liebowitz & Partners to customize your own yacht to your liking.
