When Ford first brought back its iconic Bronco in 2021, the brand made an enormous effort to make the revived model as modular and mod-friendly as possible. Not only was the thing built to lend itself to customization and aftermarket upgrades, but the Blue Oval also released an ever-growing number of available accessories and add-ons for the Bronco — the latest of which to break cover is the all-new Ford Bronco Raptor Black Appearance Package.
Similar to the Code Orange package that Ford released in 2023, the Bronco Raptor Black Appearance Package was just unveiled at the Bronco Off-Roadeo in Austin, Texas, where this optional accessory for the range-topping go-anywhere Bronco variant was shown off in front of more than 100 existing Bronco owners. Offered only on the ultra-capable Raptor-spec off-roader version of the SUV, the Black Appearance Package features a Shadow Black-painted roof along with matching black-finished mirror caps, a matching painted roll bar, and blacked-out fender flares at all four corners. It doesn’t end there, however, as the Bronco Raptor Black Appearance Package also comes with a matte black steel bumper, black tow hooks fore and aft, and a matching black skid plate.
Boasting a combination of both gloss and matte finishes depending on the element, this new appearance package obviously looks great when paired with an already black paint job, though it also does a surprisingly good job of contrasting and complementing other livery options — as Ford has demonstrated by showing this new package on a blue-finished Bronco specimen. Rounding out this optional add-on is a series of side and hood graphics that are unique to the Black Appearance Package.
The Ford Bronco Raptor Black Appearance Package will be available starting at the end of this month, with pricing set at $4,995.
