Barcelona’s Stark Future has spent the last few years making a strong case for electric motorcycles. They first caught our attention with the Varg MX in the dirt, then with the street-legal Varg SM that landed last fall packing 80 horsepower and tipping the scales at just 275 pounds. We figured the Spanish outfit would let the SM breathe for a minute before revisiting the platform, but Stark had other plans. Less than a year in, the shop has unveiled its first limited edition, the 500-unit Varg SM Sköll.
The Wolf That Hunts the Sun
In Norse mythology, Sköll is the wolf that chases the sun across the sky, fated to one day catch it and swallow the daylight whole. And while that might sound abit intense at first, we think it fits the bill nicely for a murdered-out supermoto.
At the end of the day, underneath all of the fun mythology, it’s still a full-fat Varg SM Alpha. Same steel frame, same structural 7.2-kWh battery, same carbon-sleeved motor, with the 80HP tune and tunable Dynamic Traction Control baked in rather than optioned.
Black Down to the Charging Port Cap
Stark didn’t just spray the plastics and call it a day either. Through a mix of anodizing and powder-coating, the swingarm, motor housing, inverter casing, steering stem, map switch, docking station, and yes, the charging port cap all went black, while the triple clamps carry each bike’s individual limited-edition engraving.
The lone holdout is the gold RK MXU chain, a deliberate strand of contrast running through all that shadow.
Titanium Where the Grams Matter
Stark swapped the stock footpegs for 3D-printed titanium units and replaced the fasteners with a full titanium bolt kit, together trimming 2.4 pounds and dropping the Sköll to 272 pounds, which we might add, is the lightest Varg SM to date.
With 80 horsepower, an absurd 674 lb-ft of torque at the rear wheel, no clutch, and no gearbox, wheelies should come with minimal effort.

Pricing & Availability
The Varg SM Sköll is available to order now for $14,990, a reasonable $1,090 premium over a standard Alpha-spec SM considering the titanium alone. Production is capped at 500 numbered bikes with no second run planned, and while first deliveries are slated for October, Stark’s site is already quoting early November for fresh orders.
