In November of 2019, Tesla unveiled its Cybertruck electric pickup to the public. And while deliveries were originally scheduled to follow within a year or so, the neo-retro-styled truck would see delay after delay, ultimately pushing back production and deliveries by another few years. Now, nearly-half-a-decade after its initial debut, and the Elon-owned EV outfit has finally released the production-ready Tesla Cybertruck, along with official pricing and specs.

Utilizing what Tesla calls an “Exoskeleton” design shrouded in angular, all stainless steel bodywork, the Cybertruck is initially being offered across three trim levels. The base model RWD variant features a 112-mph top speed, a 7,500-pound towing capacity, a 6.5-second 0-60mph time, and a 250-mile range, while the 600-hp mid-range AWD version has the same top speed, but gets a quicker 4.1-second 0-60mph time, an 11,000-pound towing capacity, and a range of 340 miles. Dubbed the “Cyberbeast,” the range-topping Cybertruck manages to crank things up a few more notches with a 2,500-pound payload, a 130-mph top speed, a 320-mile range, and a supercar-esque 0-60mph time of only 2.6-seconds — despite a curb weight of almost 6,850lbs. Good for 845hp, the Cyberbeast also shares the AWD-spec’s same impressive 11,000lb tow rating, meaning that it has more power than some full-size pickups like the Nissan Titan and Toyota Tundra.

In addition to onboard 120V and 240V outlets putting out up to 11.5kW of power, the truck also features a 4’ x 6’ bed with 67 cubic feet of lockable storage and a hidden gear locker, plus an air suspension system that offers a full 12” of travel and up to a whopping 17.44” of ground clearance. Capped off with an all-glass roof, the interior of the Cybertruck also gets an onboard hospital-grade HEPA air filtration system with a special Biodefense mode, a sub-equipped 15-speaker audio system, “shatter-resistant” windows, and an 18.5” main Infinity touchscreen display supplemented via a 9.4” rear seat touchscreen. Tesla is also offering a wide range of largely outdoor and adventure-focused add-ons and accessories including an inflatable bed tent born out of a celebration with HEIMPLANET, and an available bed-mounted range extender that bolsters the truck’s autonomy to up to 470 miles. What’s more, the truck’s battery can also gain an additional 128 miles of range after just 15 minutes of fast-charging.
