For some, having a fast car is enough. But for others, including Texas-based tuning company and hypercar manufacturer Hennessey, there’s always another notch.
Hennessey’s latest endeavor involves yet another Corvette. This time, the company is leveling up the C8 Stingray, making it faster and more powerful than even the marque’s Z06. Fitting all eighth-generation Coupe models from 2020 to 2022, the new H700 kit package gives the LT2 6.2L V8 engine a boost from 484hp to an incredible 699hp (the flagship Z06 boasts 661hp) and from 465lb.ft of torque up to 638lb.ft.
To achieve this boosted performance, Hennessey’s package comes with a high-flow centrifugal supercharger, an air induction system with an air-to-water intercooler, an optional enhanced cat-back exhaust, and a performance engine tune. In addition, the H700 kit comes with a graphics upgrade that includes 19” and 20” lightweight alloy wheels with an array of finish options and Hennessey Heritage livery and badging.
If you want your own Supercharged H700 kit, the limited warranty covers 36,000mi or three years and is priced at $34,950 for the power-only package. However, if you want to upgrade to the graphics upgrade package, the price goes up to $49,950. Head over to Hennessey’s website to reserve yours.
