The Texas-bred brand’s Outpost offers a user-friendly, minute-long setup that doesn’t involve a single tool. Fully fitted for “off-grid adventures,” the weather-resistant stand is built to operate on any terrain and takes up far less space than a rooftop tent, paving the way for optimum storage room on the top of your car if needed. Plus, it measures over 12’ long, deeming it compatible with Kammok’s Mantis, Sunda, and Roo line of hammocks.
The Outpost is composed of a weather-ready tarp ridgeline and a lightweight aluminum frame that neatly folds out for an easy setup and compactly folds back in for a simple storage solution. More importantly, it features adjustable, telescoping legs that can adapt to any vehicle’s height no matter where you are. The stand also features a quick-release ball hitch that makes rotating your hammock as you see fit to make adjusting its orientation even easier.
Kammok’s Outpost is available to pre-order on its webshop for $400. It is expected to ship by April 1, 2023.
