Although they just officially joined forces in 2021, TAG Heuer and Porsche seem like they were born to go together. Following five remarkable collaborative watch efforts, which have included a handful of stylish chronographs and even a smartwatch, they have now unveiled their sixth release with yet another chronograph, dubbed Orange Racing.

Something else both brands have in common is they each have a product named after the iconic Carrera Panamericana race. For Porsche, it’s the official nickname of the 911 RS 2.7 — which marked its 50th anniversary last year — and for TAG Heuer, it’s the flagship Carrera chronograph model, which now celebrates its own 60th anniversary this year.

To kick off the occasion, TAG and Porsche have debuted the latest Carrera, featuring a 44mm DLC case and powered by a HEUER 02 automatic movement. Inspired by the heat sparks made by a race car on asphalt, plenty of orange accents grace the timepiece, including the inner bezel and seconds hand, which contrast against the black dial. With an orange Porsche logo also featured on the bezel, the watch is adorned with a black calfskin racing strap with orange stitching.

Not limited in edition size, the Carrera x Porsche Orange Racing watch is available now from TAG Heuer’s website for $7,050.
