Autodromo’s First Watch in Three Years Is a Wrist-Sized Group C Gauge Cluster

We’ve made no secret of our love for Autodromo around here. The original Group C digital watch has been in our daily rotation since it dropped in 2023, and as gearheads, the brand’s whole “instruments for motoring” ethos hits us right in the soul. So when Autodromo unveiled its first all-new watch since that release, we paid attention. Meet the Group C Turbo Sport.

A Gauge Cluster for Your Wrist

Where the original Group C went full digital, the Turbo Sport splits the difference. The top of the dial is pure analog instrument, with a debossed grid pattern and high-contrast syringe hands modeled after the tachometers that lived in turbocharged endurance racers of the ’80s and ’90s. If you’ve ever stared longingly at a Porsche 962’s dash, this will feel familiar.

Down at 6 o’clock sits an LCD window that handles the heavy lifting. This includes two additional time zones, a daily alarm, and a 1/100-second chronograph for timing your own hot laps (fitting for a motor-inspired timepiece). There’s also an EL backlight paired with the lume-filled hands so nothing disappears after dark.

Aluminum, Like the Era Intended

Now, here’s the detail we love most. Rather than the expected stainless steel, the cushion-shaped case is CNC-milled from anodized aluminum, the same stuff lining half the paddock back in the Group C days. The result is a featherweight 58 grams hanging off your wrist.

At 38.5mm across, 40mm lug-to-lug, and 11.4mm thick, it wears small and sporty. Buyers get three anodized finishes (Grey, Gold, or Silver), each with a brushed 316L steel caseback, sapphire crystal, 50 meters of water resistance, and an FKM rubber strap with nylon inlay that Autodromo claims is its comfiest ever.
