Brian Eno Designed a Limited-Edition LED-CLAD Turntable for Paul Stolper Gallery

Few things are as synonymous with one another as art and music, but some figures manage to make that connection even more overt. Brian Eno, the revered ambient artist and producer, has worked with just about everyone from John Cale to Coldplay and any artist that falls in between their timelines. After having his work shown at the Paul Stolper Gallery over the past few years, he’s ventured further with the British-based exhibition room to deliver a meticulous turntable filled with LED lights.

While Eno’s signature production is clear for close listeners to recognize, the same can be said about his consistent art portfolio. With many of his light boxes being held in high regard, it only seemed logical to bring his two worlds together with this new piece. The turntable stands a tad over 4 inches and features a base and clear platter that implement contrasting sets of his signature LED systems. This allows the colors to sporadically shift as you listen to music, providing a unique experience that can’t be emulated on iTunes’ Visualizer. Finished off with an engraved signature and serial number from the man himself, labeling this collaboration as design-centric is an understatement.

Limited to a mere 50 models, those interested can enquire about the turntable through the Paul Stolper Gallery’s website.
