LG Blends Technology and Art in a Pair of Design-Forward OLED TVs

With televisions growing more and more capable and art growing more and more digital, LG has decided to combine the two trends in its latest release. Its new pair of immaculately designed OLED TVs, the Posé and Easel, effectively double as high-end décor in whichever room you put them.

The Easel will be available solely as a 65” TV, while the Posé will come in a trio of sizes spanning between 42” and 55”. Working alongside Moooi, a luxurious home brand based in the Netherlands, LG has crafted televisions that look remarkably sleek even when nothing’s playing. Starting with the freestanding Posé, which boasts an eye-catching design language with curved edges and ultra-slim composition. Akin to competitors’ televisions, namely Samsung’s The Frame, the Posé can be switched to a unique gallery mode that will display any art of your choosing.

On the other hand, the Easel is equally impressive in its own right, embracing its namesake as the entire television mirrors an easel for the finest of art. To no surprise, the visual prowess this model offers goes hand-in-hand with its presentation, boasting crystal-clear image quality thanks to LG’s state-of-the-art AI processor. Another well-designed element of this model is its movable fabric cover which can be adjusted using the Easel’s remote. The cover itself comes courtesy of Kvadrat, a premium textile company that has worked with LG in the past, too.

These high-end televisions are set to hit the market in this year’s third quarter in Europe and other markets. In the meantime, you can take a deeper look at LG’s latest announcement on its website.
