Norse Projects Drops a Pair of GORE-TEX Technical Jackets for Springtime Rain

Nordic fashion is all the rage nowadays, and for good reason. With so many major brands rising from Northern European regions, the Denmark-based Norse Projects is undoubtedly one of the most noteworthy. Although the clothiers have been providing quality pieces since 2004, its prominence has become clearer than ever in recent years, and a new pair of technical garments look to affirm the brand’s standing wholeheartedly.

The Danish label’s Fyn Shell GORE-TEX 3.0 is composed of a GORE-TEX membrane that has been bonded to a sustainable outer fabric and touched up with a durable water repellent finish. For function’s sake, it boasts a unique pocket layout that will guarantee optimized storage space and elemental protection when needed. Above all else, the incredibly breathable garment comes available in a myriad of colors, with most of them being perfect to blend in with the rest of your springtime wardrobe.

Next in this line of two is a classic piece from Norse’s catalog: the Nunk. This staple jacket garners inspiration from the mountain parkas of old, boasting a quartet of front pockets that don’t take away from the brand’s abiding sense of minimalism but manage to adhere to it rather effortlessly. Receiving a similar makeover to the Fyn Shell, this particular piece boasts a 100% GORE-TEX polyester makeup, while the former is composed of 100% PES GORE-TEX. Be that as it may, it’s hard to go wrong with either of the two jackets.

If you’re looking to step your fashion up this spring, and stay dry at the same time, then Norse Projects has you covered. The Fyn Shell GORE-TEX 3.0 and Nunk Shell GORE-TEX are each available now for $590 and $625, respectively.
