Anyone who’s tried to take running seriously (even briefly) will know it can be difficult to find a reliable and comfortable pair of shoes for the job. That’s why trustworthy gear from HOKA, a French sportswear label, is so beloved by everyone from marathon runners to everyday walkers. Satisfy (also a French running brand) is another clear standout in the scene and has quickly won over the faith of fans since launching in 2015. They’ve been a hot commodity these last few years as well, collaborating with the likes of Oakley and Osprey, and now they’ve just teamed up with HOKA on the Clifton LS SATISFY, a trail-friendly take on a pair of trusty HOKA runners.
Building off of the original silhouette, this redesign features a variety of new features to enhance the existing support (something HOKA always nails), while making them better suited for the outdoors and trail running. This starts with a breathable mesh upper made with layers of TPU and ripstop nylon, a compression molded EVA midsole, and a Durabrasion Rubber outsole to keep you steady on the trails. Other additions include the double heel pulls nodding to climbing shoes and a speed lace system to minimize friction.
As for the colorways available at launch, you can grab these brown and black Forged Iron option featured here, along with the Celdedon Tint, clad in beige and white. There’s subtle co-branding on the upper and insole, and reflective elements on the toe cap so you’re safer while running at night.
At the time of writing, we don’t have an official word on pricing for the Clinton LS SATISFY shoes, but you can stay tuned on both of the label’s official sites and sign up for early access to the release over at Satisfy. They drop on November 16th on Satisfy’s site and November 17th on HOKA’s (along with authorized HOKA dealers).
