Based in Stetten, Bavaria, NOVITEC is an elite German tuning shop that specializes in upgrading already world-class Italian cars. As such, the tuner has a long history of working with Ferraris, having previously applied its signature treatment to the Prancing Horse’s 458 Speciale, Roma, F8 Spider, F8 Tributo, 812 GTS, 812 Superfast, Monza, 488 Pista, and GTC4 Lusso, just to name a few. And while NOVITEC has already delivered upgrades for the Maranello marque’s SF90 Stradale, the German tuner has once again set its sights on the V8 hybrid supercar to deliver yet another spec-bolstering kit.
The kit includes a wide variety of parts such as titanium wheel-bolt sets and an enormous slew of carbon fiber aero elements, covers, and body panels. The biggest changes to the Ferrari, however, are undoubtedly its modified ECU and exhaust system that together afford the 4.0-liter engine an additional 109 horsepower, resulting in a total output of 1,109hp. What’s more, the SF90’s torque output also jumps from 590ft-lbs up to 677.
Unsurprisingly, these changes have a significant impact on the Ferrari’s overall performance. The all-wheel-drive supercar is now able to achieve a 0-60mph time of just under 2.4 seconds and can reach 125mph in only 6.3 seconds. The supercar’s top speed has also been increased to over 211mph. More than just improving the car’s straight-line speed, NOVITEC has also introduced a myriad of upgraded suspension components for the SF90, along with a trio of 21” hi-tech forged wheels that were developed in cooperation with American outfit Vossen.
