Auction Block: 1970 Chevrolet K5 Blazer CST ‘Watchman’ by Ringbrothers

Founded in 2011 and headquartered out of Spring Green, Wisconsin, Ringbrothers unequivocally represents one of the most elite custom car shops in operation today. And while commissions from Ringbros typically come with a multi-year waiting list, over the summer of 2021, an Omaze Sweepstakes gave gearheads the chance to skip the line and win an RB-built Chevrolet Blazer K5. And after being offered to one winner, this lucky individual opted to instead take the available cash prize, leaving this stunning Chevy specimen in need of a new home.

Christened the “Watchman,” this 1970 K5 Blazer CST was built by Ringbrothers in 2021 and has been transformed into a resto-modded masterpiece. Under its modified hood — which is made from carbon fiber and sports numerous billet inserts — is a 6.2-liter LS3 V8 crate engine that’s been mated to a Bowler Performance three-speed automatic transmission.

The refurbished and tweaked body has also been reinforced via a custom roll bar before being fitted with a removable soft-top and then finally cloaked in a Growler Green livery. Other upgrades include a set of bronze 18” HRE wheels, K&N filtration, bespoke Ringbrothers badging, top-shelf Baer disc brakes, a dual-range transfer case, and QA1 shocks and sway bars. Inside the Chevy’s fully-bespoke tan leather interior is now a Vintage Air climate control system, Dakota digital gauges, a bespoke steering wheel set on an Ididit steering column, a custom stereo system, and a slew of billet switches and accessories.

Located in Los Angeles, California, this 1970 Chevrolet K5 Blazer CST 4X4 from Ringbrothers is currently for sale on Bring a Trailer where, at the time of writing, bidding has reached $153,000 with five days remaining on the sale.

Purchase: $153,000+
