Although we can’t predict the weather, we can predict that whatever rain we endure will fortunately produce some lush greenery around us. This year, some parts of the country have experienced the hardest rainfall in history. However, it’s important to remind ourselves to look forward to the natural beauty these torrential downpours will yield, hopefully soon. Stilform Ballpoint Pen
Celebrating its 10th year of operation, Stilform is a Hamburg-based pen company that makes high-end writing utensils that perform exactly how you want them to. Launched via Kickstarter a few years back, the brand’s aluminum Ballpoint Pen is the first in the world to use magnets to deploy its tip. Fitting nicely in your hand and still giving you that pleasing clicking sound, the pen features a cap that “unlocks” and remains open via a strong neodymium magnet.
Benchmade Osborne 9400 Automatic Knife
Benchmade’s iconic Osborne 940 couldn’t have gotten much better. However, in 2020, the revered knife maker unveiled an automatic version, dubbed the 9400. With a push-button release to replace the Axis lock, the 9400 features a larger pivot and, at 2.65oz, weighs slightly less than the 940. Rounding out the specs are the reverse tanto blade made of CPM S30V satin-finished stainless steel and a green anodized 6061 aluminum handle.
