Despite the franchise’s numerous stories, settings, and spin-offs, the Alien film universe consistently utilizes a signature color theme with dark backgrounds contrasted via bright electric hues — a combination colors that we’ll be celebrating today in this week’s everyday carry spread; Acid Glow.

Water resistant down to 200 meters, the TAG Heuer Formula 1 is an iconic motorsport-themed watch that sports an eye-catching colorway. Powered by a quartz movement, the watch boasts a brushed and polished 43mm steel case that’s been paired with a black PVD-coated crown and pushers and a fixed ceramic tachymeter bezel. Furthering the race-inspired feel of the TAG is an asphalt-patterned dial and a motorsport-inspired textile strap with gray and neon green accent stitching. A neon green handset, neon green indices, and neon green paint on the bezel collectively give this Swiss-made timepiece a more playful feel, as well.
