Some legends are born, while others are made. As for Westcott Design’s latest Toyota Sequoia concept build, both are actually true. Tapping into the essence of the Japanese brand’s already-capable SUV, the Arizona-based firm debuted its upgraded iteration of the 2023 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro for more off-road capability.

Installing its own in-house lift kit, Westcott was able to add 3” to the front and 1.75” to the rear. Camburg Racing supplied the Kinetik upper control arms and rear billet lower and upper trailing arms. Additionally, the chunky tires are thanks to Nitto’s Recon Grapplers A/T with G400 wheels from Innov8 Racing, adding comfort and off-road versatility.

For the rest of the drivetrain, Westcott installed rock sliders, a rear ladder, and a modular hitch-mounted rack capable of transporting a jet ski. Likewise, the roof rack hosts a rooftop tent from Go Fast Campers. Other features include a 20-inch light bar and six ADAPT lights from Rigid Industries, along with fog lights and a ditch light.
