As unfortunate as it may be, it’s fair to say that most SEMA builds are pretty much born to die. They soak up a week of camera flashes in Vegas, then get wheeled into a warehouse while the brand moves on to next year’s show car. Occasionally though, brands break the rules. Ford decided to just that, and now you can actually order the murdered-out Bronco it rolled out last November. It’s called the Ford Custom Garage Bronco ORV Package, and your dealer will bolt the whole thing on for you.
Raptor Hand-Me-Downs
The headliner here is hardware trickling down from the Bronco Raptor’s parts bin. The package pulls the big truck’s skid plates and fuel tank armor, adds rocker panel protection the lower trims never got, and swaps in a FOX off-road suspension kit for extra clearance and better articulation.
Up front sits a new modular bumper with RIGID auxiliary lights built in, and it keeps the parking sensors alive (which is something atermarket bumpers almost never manage). An auxiliary switch kit runs the lights, while Ford Performance’s ProCal tool handles custom calibrations and data logging.
Finishing the look are 17×8.5-inch matte black WELD wheels, Havoc fender flares, red tow hooks, red grille lettering, and a stealth hood graphic.
The Warranty Survives
Now, because everything here ships under a single Ford part number, the setup carries a supplemental 3-year/36,000-mile warranty. And that means a proper dealer install won’t void your factory coverage.
Fitment covers select 2025 and 2026 four-door Broncos in Base, Big Bend, and Outer Banks trim (Sasquatch-equipped rigs are included). Raptors and Badlands models are locked out, but that makes sense because they already pack similar gear straight from the factory.

The Bronco ORV Package is available now through Ford dealers at $18,995 plus installation, as a limited edition with no production cap disclosed. Optional extras like an underhood ARB compressor and a Borla high-clearance exhaust can inflate the tab further, and you can spec the whole thing over on Ford’s website.
