Zendure, a Silicon Valley-based tech startup that launched its first Kickstarter campaign nearly a decade ago with its crush-proof external batteries, has grown to become a popular choice when it comes to portable power stations.

Its flagship SuperBase range has just gotten its most capable addition yet, the SuperBase V. Serving as a 6.4kWh portable battery pack with wheels, the selling point here is the unit’s stackability, which lifts its ceiling up to 64kWh with additional Satellite Batteries on top; enough to power an average home for upwards of one week.

According to Zendure, the SuperBase V is also the first home energy system that uses semi-solid state batteries, which manage energy better, are safer to use, and are much lighter with 42% more energy per pound. Made for powering your home, RV, or camping trip, the power pack can be charged up at any level 2 EV charging station in around 2 hours or up to 3,000W using solar panels.

The SuperBase V is currently up for funding on Kickstarter, with the base package starting at $2,599 — a 43% discount on the $4,599 retail price. Each unit also comes with a 10-year warranty from Zendure.
