In celebration of the show’s long-awaited return, East Coast-turned-global creamery Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream is releasing a pint packed with the coach’s signature biscuit recipe, surely to the delight of team owner Rebecca Welton.
Fans of the Apple TV+ exclusive have long wanted to get their hands on one of Coach Lasso’s homemade biscuits, and now they can finally get their hands on them in frozen form. As the flavor’s name suggests, it is inspired by Ted’s daily tradition of eating biscuits with the boss, which first started as an attempt to break the ice with his new superior.
And while we may never get our hands around one of those tiny little pink boxes, Jeni’s attempt at translating it into ice cream is virtually as good as we could’ve imagined, blending shortbread cookie crumbles into a ‘salted butter sweet cream’ base, paving the way for the perfect balance of sweet and salty. As per the rest of the creamery’s list of flavors, the forthcoming option is crafted using premium ingredients, like grass-grazed dairy and high-quality butter.
