Among the most revered top-shelf options, Hendrick’s has long been championing innovation in gin, thanks in part to the initiative of Master Distiller Lesley Gracie, who launched the seasonal Cabinet of Curiosities limited-edition series back in 2019 with the release of Midsummer Solstice — gin infused with summer-blooming botanicals. It was followed up with 2021’s Lunar (using flowers that open up at night) and then again with 2022’s Neptunia (tapping coastal plants like seaweed).
For its fourth Cabinet of Curiosities release, the Scotland-based distillery has debuted Flora Adora. Inspired by nature’s most essential pollinators like bees and butterflies, Gracie wanted to utilize nectar-based flowers for the latest blend. So for gin fans who favor expressions with floral-heavy profiles, this new gin will be the brand’s most assertive yet, said to be “reminiscent of a fresh floral bouquet.”
