The minimalist branch on the Arc’Teryx tree serves as far more than meets the eye, as applies to the majority of technical brands you may hear about nowadays. Be that as it may, as a subsidiary of the aforementioned outdoor outfitter, roughly everything Veilance crafts is held in high regard — and now there’s even more to appreciate. With the release of Veilance’s Spring/Summer collection for 2022, keeping dry has never been easier.
The innovative label’s latest capsule features a handful of revamped garments and also manages to introduce a couple of new pieces into the mix. As far as the former is concerned, notable revisions include those seen on the Deploy LT Jacket, which now boasts GORE-TEX’s 3-layer C-KNIT construction, as well as the Haedn LT Pant, which is composed of sustainably-sourced merino wool and a PFC-free water-repellent finish. Moving on to Veilance’s new additions, we’ve got the TerraTex-clad Component LT Shirt Jacket and Lexer Coat, the latter of which features the same C-KNIT tech and provides immense protection from the elements.
While the new garments earn much of the spotlight, the Canadian clothiers have released a handful of waterproof accessories, too. These feature a pair of GORE-TEX hats, a GORE-TEX tote bag, and a handy accessory pouch made from, you guessed it, GORE-TEX. A sleek backpack rounds this assortment out, and it sure looks as though it’s built to endure even any adventure, weighing less than a kilogram and featuring a waterproof exterior and watertight zippers.
Seeing as Arc’Teryx just released its newest System_A capsule earlier this week, it only seems fair that its innovative subsidiary gets in on the fun, too. Veilance’s new collection can be found in full on the brand’s website starting from $70.
