Solido has been crafting meticulous models of iconic automobiles dating back to 1930, but its early-century spawn doesn’t mean it sticks to keeping things old-fashioned. In collaboration with Vagabund Moto, the collectible manufacturer has unveiled a 1:18 scale take on the latter’s iconic V-Lada 4×4 build.
Serving as an authentic tribute in every which way, this metal-bodied model comes equipped with front doors that open, as well as a movable steering wheel and a quartet of tires. Measuring over 7 inches long, roughly 4 inches wide, and over 4 inches high, this two-and-a-half-pound keepsake impressively evokes every element of the Austrian moto outfit’s full-body rendition, which was based on a 2007 Russian-made Lada Niva and was Vagabund’s first-ever four-wheel build.
