Pop-up campers have existed for decades, though actually erecting many of these models can be a surprisingly complicated and involved ordeal. Wanting to simplify the off-road camper segment, Colorado’s Supertramp Campers has just debuted its all-new pop-up model, the Flagship LT.
Designed to fit any full-size pickup, the Flagship LT is built around a lightweight yet rugged monocoque fiberglass composite structure with a core made of recycled PET foam. The main element setting this pop-up camper aside from other models currently on the market is its roof system which is an electronic unit that can be raised at the push of a button in just ten seconds. The well-appointed interior sports a pair of remote-operated Maxxair Deluxe 7500K roof vent fans, a SmartShunt Bluetooth battery/power consumption monitor, a three-layer insulated fabric wall setup with windows, a main sleeping area with a 4” thick queen-sized mattress and 35” of headroom, a hidden cassette toilet, and an interior kitchenette with bamboo countertops, a marine-grade sink, a 65L Isotherm fridge, and a flush stove. Outside, the Flagship LT has been treated to a dual 11lb propane tank storage system, a keyless entry unit, a 48” pullout basement for storage, a flexible 200-watt solar panel arrangement, and removable jacks, though there’s also a host of additional available upgrades such as a swing-arm hitch, backup camera, an outdoor shower enclosure, an extra 100Ah lithium battery, a lagoon table, a 180-degree 23Zero awning, and a 1,500W AC Inverter, just to name a few.
Supertramp Campers is currently accepting orders for its Flagship LT pop-up camper, which starts at $45,000.
