What’s more, the new engine increased its torque by a staggering fifty percent to 443 lb-ft. Its durable chassis and heavy-duty rear and front axles allow the W464 to cross virtually any terrain. Adding to the SUV’s already stacked off-road capabilities are its standard high clearance and lean angle. Mercedes even went as far as augmenting the SUV’s track width to handle better with snow chains.
