So it comes as no surprise that the Italian studio’s latest set of renders is as noteworthy as any it’s proposed in the past. Looking to blend decadence and minimalist appeal all in one go, Lazzarini’s newly-unveiled Royal Alpha One is a vessel like no other.
Measuring 20 meters long, the gorgeous concept boasts a sleek, one-of-a-kind design language that can be deemed comparable to that which you may find on a space hovercraft of sorts — you know, the type of futuristic vehicle you see in sci-fi movies, not at sea. More down-to-Earth but no less impressive is its interior, which is rounded out with a dining area and an abundance of luxurious leather chairs. Projected to be powered by a Volvo IPS 950 propulsion system, the Royal Alpha One is expected to boast a whopping top speed as high as 40 knots.
In addition to its robust glass and carbon fiber composition, the yacht also features a rooftop deck with a panoramic hot tub that is guaranteed to appease anyone who appreciates an ocean view.
