The Roman renaissance men at Lazzarini Design are no stranger to crafting some impeccably sleek concepts across the board, having delivered on numerous noteworthy automotive and marine designs over the course of the past decade. While they’ve managed to pull off some eye-popping examples in the past, their latest announcement may have just stolen the show entirely as it looks to set a new standard for luxury. Introducing the Gran Turismo Mediterranea, inspired by none other than Ferrari’s emblematic style.

Measuring in at a lengthy 88 feet, this glossy concept from Lazzarini evokes the Prancing Horse in every which way, and even comes equipped with a sundeck capable of turning into a garage tailored for your Ferrari with a platform that can extend itself to land as needed, all made possible by the mere push of a button. Drawing inspiration from the cars themselves, the GTM boasts a set of aerodynamic wings that lend a hand in sending the superyacht for a speedy ride, with an estimated top speed of 70 knots. Finished off with a set of gorgeous gullwing doors, these make way into the interior equipped with a pair of guest cabins, pilot seats, and accommodating spaces for the crew.

Supercar-inspired yachts are no newcomer to the world of marine travel, but Lazzarini Design Studio’s latest concept goes to show that ideas this sleek are not fading out anytime soon. Those interested in a deeper look at the Gran Turismo Mediterranea can head to over the Lazzarini website, or just remain indescribably patient until this idea comes to life.
