Jack Roush has been tinkering with Ford trucks since most of us were kids. Starting in the drag racing pits of the 1970s and graduating to NASCAR dominance, Roush Performance has always had a mission to make Blue Ovals go faster, handle better, and look meaner.
The 2026 Roush F-150 continues that tradition, transforming Ford’s workhorse with a full suspension overhaul and the aesthetic muscle to match.

For Both On- and Off-Road
The centerpiece here is Roush’s custom-engineered coil-over suspension system, boasting full two inches of lift paired with 33-inch General Grabber A/TX all-terrain tires mounted on 20-inch satin black wheels. The suspension setup is calibrated for both on-road driving and off-road capability. Roush has been fine-tuning suspension components for racing applications since the ’80s, so there’s actual engineering pedigree behind this lift. The upgrades put the truck somewhere between the factory Tremor and the full-send Raptor, giving some customers the balance they want between lift and drivability.

Not Just a Lift Kit
Beyond the mechanics, Roush loaded this F-150 with its signature design touches. The high-flow grille gets integrated clearance lighting and painted accents, while functional hood heat extractors improve airflow and cooling. Extended fender flares with accent lighting give the truck proper visual aggression, and the cat-back exhaust system adds a throaty rumble. Inside, you’ll find serialized dash badges, aluminum pedal covers, and custom floor liners. The Premium Package steps things up with carbon fiber trim, active exhaust valves for sound control, and premium leather in either Coffee Brown and Black or Raven Black. There’s also an overhead auxiliary switch panel if you’re planning to add lights, winches, or other gear down the road.

The 2026 model is built in Livonia, Michigan, and backed by a 3-year/36,000-mile limited warranty, which adds some peace of mind to the performance upgrades.
