Triumph & 007 Link Up For an Ultra-Limited Run of Bond Edition  Speed Triple 1200 RR Motos

Though predated by several Ian Fleming novels, James Bond would make his silver-screen debut in 1962 with Dr. No — a film that would kick off a series of more than two dozen official Bond movies. And with 2022 marking the 60th anniversary since the international super spy hit the big screen, the film franchise has opted to celebrate the occasion via a limited edition collaboration with fellow British outfit, Triumph Motorcycles.

Coming on the heels of the Bond Edition Tiger 800 and Scrambler 1200 XE, the latest addition to the 007 x Triumph lineup is based on the Hinckley firm’s Speed Triple 1200 RR — a newly-released, high-performance, and thoroughly-modern take on a cafe racer. The Speed Triple 1200 RR Bond Edition comes cloaked in a custom granite and storm grey livery with hand-painted gold accents and Bond title logos for all 25 of the official James Bond movies adorning the tank. Alongside a “gun barrel fairing,” this LE model also boasts a slew of exposed carbon elements including the bike’s front fender, winglets, and radiator guards, just to name a few.

The Bond Edition bike retains the regular Speed Triple 1200 RR’s 177-hp 1,160cc triple, Brembo brakes, Ohlins Smart suspension, and cutting-edge suite of tech. Unlike the two previous Bond Edition Triumphs that each saw 250 units produced, this release will also be limited to only 60 motorcycles worldwide — a nod to the celebration of 60 Years of Bond. Alongside being sold with a model-exclusive Bond-themed bike cover, each of these individually numbered motorcycles also comes with a hand-signed certificate of authenticity from Triumph CEO Nick Bloor.

Available for order worldwide, the 2023 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR Bond Edition has been priced at $24,995.
