If you’ve ever spent time in ski towns like Aspen, Vale, or Park City, you’ll no doubt notice the staggering number of residents who opt to drive Range Rover SUVs. Considering these locales’ alpine conditions and these SUV’s winter-going capabilities, it’s only natural that we would eventually see a dedicated limited edition model that highlights this reality — a model Range Rover has finally unveiled with the new Range Rover Sport Deer Valley Edition.
Designed to meet the needs of affluent alpine winter enthusiasts, the Range Rover Sport Deer Valley Edition is based on the existing Range Rover Sport Autobiography P530 V8 model though has been treated to a myriad of model-exclusive features. The luxury SUV comes cloaked in a special Deep Gloss Vermillion Red exterior wrap that’s been complemented via the company’s Black Package elements and SV Bespoke, 23” satin dark grey wheels with carbon Accents. Trimmed in Light Cloud/Ebony Semi-Analine Seats offset by SV Bespoke Satin Forged Carbon interior panels, the interior of the SUV also features door sills that are etched with ‘DEER VALLEY EDITION’ and “1 of 20.”
The car also not only comes equipped with snow tires, but each unit is also fitted with accessory roof rails that support an Alpine Ski Roof Box. What’s more, Each unit also comes with two custom sets of Hinterland Skis that include personalized fitting sessions. Additionally, Range Rover is also going to be donating $5,000 from the sale of each unit — for a total of $100,000 — to Youth Sports Alliance, which is an organization that helps to increase the number of children participating in sports in the greater Park City area.
Limited to only 20 units worldwide, the 2023 Range Rover Sport Deer Valley Edition is available now, with pricing set at $165,000. Guests of Range Rover House Park City will be given first rights to purchasing one of the 20 LE SUVs.
