Terrain 365 Unveils a True Workhorse of a Butterfly Knife With Its Invictus Bali-Ti

Since its inception in 2018, Terrain 365 has been producing ultra-top-shelf yet thoroughly utilitarian knives that are designed with a spare-no-expense approach. And such is the case with the boutique knife brand’s latest release, the Invictus Bali-Ti butterfly knife.

This everyday carry-focused butterfly knife is modeled after the brand’s Invictus folder and as such sports a similarly-shaped drop point blade that’s slightly longer at 3.75” (versus 3.0″), as well as the Invictus folder’s grooved handle. The Invictus Bali-Ti also retains the folder’s billet 6AL-4V titanium pocket clip and hardware. What’s more, Terrain 365 has bestowed the butterfly knife with a titanium handle spring latch and bronze bushings. Tipping the scales at just 4.6oz, this titanium balisong measures 8.125″ with its blade deployed.

In typical T365 fashion, the Invictus Bali-Ti boasts a set of top-shelf 6AL-4V titanium handles that are mated to a 1.55″-thick blade which is crafted from the company’s signature, proprietary Terravantium Dendritic Cobalt blade steel — a non-magnetic super alloy with stellar edge retention that’s completely impervious to rust and corrosion. Representing Terrain 365’s first-ever full-sized butterfly knife model, the Invictus Bali Ti was designed to be what the company calls a “working balisong.” In addition to the shape of the blade (and its thickness and construction), the use of the brand’s hallmark blade and handle fullers coupled with the jimping along its ears, backspacers, and spine, collectively afford the knife an incredible level of control, making for a true workhorse of a balisong.

Produced in small batches to ensure ultra-exacting tolerances and world-class quality control, the Terrain 365 Invictus Bali-Ti is available now, with pricing set at $325. Just like with all Terrain 365 releases, we expect the Invictus Bali-Ti to sell out extremely fast.
