Veilance’s Latest Season Collection Is Full of GORE-TEX Coats and Down Jackets

This is the perfect time of year to pick up clothing that can combat unpredictable forecasts, meaning Veilance’s latest seasonal collection couldn’t have come at a more appropriate time.

The Arc’Teryx offshoot’s new array of technical garments maintains the same minimalist approach as its previous releases, proving that consistency is integral in this space. There are several notable outerwear pieces in the new drop, and each offers as much weatherized protection as a streamlined look. As far as the former is concerned, a trio of pieces features GORE-TEX shells for maximum protection from the elements, including a remarkably versatile field jacket, the breathable Monitor Coat, and its 850 fill-power iteration, the Monitor Down Coat. Although the latter two are ideal for battling winter weather, the ambitious, technical spin on the military silhouette is a testament to Veilance’s unique approach to garment engineering.

In addition to these dubiously warm coats and jackets, other seasonal essentials include the sustainably-made Mionn insulated Hoodie crafted from recycled materials and the office-appropriate Spere Tech Wool Blazer, a water-repellent piece prepared for transitional seasons and your next meeting. Lastly, the Conduit Down Jacket and Vest offer the same 850 fill-power as the Monitor Down Coat but only garner a DWR finish in contrast to the GORE-TEX PRO shell. Last but not least, the 3-in-1 Ledron Parka serves as an insulated parka, uninsulated rain shell, or a standalone layer — the choice is yours.
