Neruable, a neuroscience company fusing brain data with technology, has been hard at work for the last decade trying to integrate a Brain-Computer Interface with audio tech (a process that analyzes brain signals and translates them into commands), and when they released the AI-powered Enten headphones in 2022, it took the tech world by storm. Now Neruable is taking that experience and teaming up with Master & Dynamic on what they’re describing as the first BCI audio product: the MW75 Neuro, an AI-powered redesign of M&D’s wireless headphones that detect brain waves and make adjustments according to the data using Neurable’s technology.

Using a collection of neural sensors (12 EEG Channels with dry fabric EEG sensors), these headphones scan your brain waves to detect your peak focus time, stress levels, and other data to create a tailored listening experience/workflow. One of the key features is the headphone’s ability to automatically activate ANC and put your phone on Do Not Disturb when the sensors detect you’re in deep focus, and the companion gives you a detailed report at the end of each work session. The app will also recommend break times based on your workflow to prevent getting burnt out.

On top of the mind-reading tech from Neurable, you still get that Master & Dynamic sound quality, with up to 32 hours of battery life (or 8 hours with ANC and EEG on), custom 40mm Beryllium drivers, and an aptX adaptive codec. They’re also equipped with eight mics for noise cancellation and to make sure your calls are clear, and now feature Neruable’s logo on the headband.
