Garmin’s Enduro 2 GPS Watch Is Light, Durable, and Packed with New Features

Garmin tends to set the standard for GPS watches, and the average outdoorsman is well aware of the manufacturer’s prowess. With the upgrade of its premium multi-sport watch, the manufacturer has implemented several noteworthy features onto any athlete’s wrist.

The upgraded iteration of Garmin’s performance-geared Enduro smartwatch boasts a functional touchscreen and an improved battery life of up to 150 hours in GPS mode with solar charging involved, whereas the first generation could last for up to 80 hours when operating the same functions. Like most gadgets from Garmin, the Enduro offers a plethora of pre-loaded maps to guide your trek, but now it’s bolstered by the brand’s SatIT tech. This innovative software automatically dictates the optimized tracking mode based on your selected map, which will retain the watch’s battery life along the way.

Its additional features include a visual race predictor to provide a pacing estimate based on your running history, as well as an ARWS-approved activity profile that keeps track of your segment times and elevation. In addition to these two, Garmin has implemented a helpful Health Snapshot mode that provides intel on key stats like heart rate, stress levels, and sleep score. As a result of its titanium bezel, 1.4” Power Sapphire lens, and Ultrafit nylon band to ensure the perfect fit, the Enduro 2 is as durable as it is sleek.

Sport-centric smartwatches are commonplace nowadays, but you probably won’t find any others as powerful as this. Garmin’s Enduro 2 GPS Watch is available now on the gadgeteer’s online store for $1,100.
