Dell just unveiled a slew of new Ultrasharp monitors, bolstering its central line of crisp displays. Among the variety of options, the brand revealed the 32” 6K model, which it touts as the tech world’s first-ever 6K monitor to feature an IPS Black panel.
This additional element paves the way for higher contrast and deeper blacks, resulting in an immersive visual experience packed with enhanced colors from any angle. For reference, 6K resolution boasts 150% more pixels than the average 4K display, promoting enhanced graphics and details from top to bottom. The fully-adjustable monitor also serves as an ergonomic upgrade for your home office, as you can tilt and swivel it to your liking, allowing you to find the perfect angle to take on the task at hand. Speaking of your home office, Dell tacked on an echo-canceling mic, dual 14W speakers, and a dual-gain HDR 4K webcam, deeming it ideal for video conferences regardless of your room’s lighting situation. Lastly, it has a built-in cable management system to make connecting hard drives and chargers a breeze.
And while this is claimed to be the world’s first 6K model to utilize IPS Black, the brand also showcased the UltraSharp 34 Curved USB-C Hub Monitor, its first curved model to boast the same color-enriching tech. This model and the newly-announced UltraSharp 43 4K USB-C Hub Monitor can connect to two or four different PCs, respectively. However, they can each display content using picture-in-picture features.
As of now, Dell has not released any pricing information regarding the 32 6K, but other models announced today will be available beginning January 31, starting from $1,260.
