While we’ve come to appreciate Amazon for providing easy access to all of our favorite products, the e-commerce giant’s adherence to keeping our home lives up to date is equally admirable. Unsurprisingly, it’s shown off a surfeit of new gadgets as reach the cusp of the holiday season, and many of them are bound to show up on some of your wishlists. So, without further ado, here’s everything that Amazon unveiled at its fall hardware event.

Alexa VOICE REMOTE PRO

We’re all tired of losing our Fire Stick Remote, so it was only a matter of time until Amazon could sell us on a way to never misplace it again. The helpful Remote Finder feature uses Alexa to help you find the backlit device, whether it’s wedged between your couch or trapped beneath it.

ECHO DOT (5th generation)

The brand’s beloved Echo Dot devices are undergoing some minor tweaks to provide you with a seamless smart home experience. New features include extra gesture controls and an enhanced screen on the clock-equipped configuration

echo auto (2nd Generation)

The upgraded Echo Auto offers a more streamlined design that is suited for any car. Most importantly, though, you can use it to contact Roadside Assistance in case you counter an emergency.

This new, smartphone-compatible gadget from Amazon’s popular line of smart home cameras features 360-degree panning capabilities that provide a sweeping view of the room you put it in.

Bolster the safety of your home even more with this powerfully bright floodlight cam. It features a built-in siren and 2,600 lumens to provide a crisp video of what’s really going on outside your home. It’s not available yet, but you can sign up for release updates on Amazon.

FIRE TV CUBE (3RD GENERATION)

This direct competitor to the Apple TV has undergone some internal upgrades to better suit higher-end televisons. Plus, the newest speaker/streamer hybrid boasts an HDMI port that you can plug into your cable box to change the channels — that is, if you still use cable.

HALO RISE

Getting some shuteye when consumed by so many gadgets is difficult, but Amazon just released a device that is actually here to make it easier. This well-designed bedside sleep tracker cooperates with the Halo app and uses low-sensor tech to track body movement, breathing, room humidity, and more.

echo studio (2nd generation)

Since its conception, the Echo Studio has served as Amazon’s most impressive speaker. As expected, its second generation boasts an enhanced handful of built-in speakers that pave the way for balanced sound while offering Dolby Atmos tech for full-on immersion. Additionally, the updated model will be available in a new ‘Glacier’ color — yes, it’s just white.

kindle scribe

E-readers have long been touted as the way of the future for bookworms, and much of that is thanks to devices like the Kindle. Now, Amazon is pushing the boundaries with its Kindle Scribe, the company’s first e-reader to feature a tablet that lets your sketch, jot notes, or annotate your favorite stories along an e-ink display that measures just over 10”.

fire tv omni qled series

Amazon is no stranger to selling TVs of its own, but we are yet to see any of such high caliber. The Omni QLED Series entails a major step up for the conglomerate. It boasts 4K QLED panels and an art display mode that rivals that of Samsung’s The Frame for a fraction of the cost.

While Amazon’s smart robot is not recieving a second-generation upgrade yet, the initial one is undergoing some significant updates. These include a unique pet detection feature that can identify your dog or cat and then send photos of what they’re up to. It will also keep you in the know on home security details like accidentally leaving a door open.
