Texas-bred boutique Tactile Turn is known for crafting high-quality gear from premium materials. The new Slim Side Click Pen will be available in a variety of iterations, including a unique seasonal release based on the Slim Side Click called the Trailhead.
The latest utensil is machined using either titanium, bronze, copper, or zirconium. Each of these high-end metals composes each pen in its entirety, assuring a sleek, streamlined look and trusty amount of weight. It features a similar milled clip that appears on the other pens. However, it is the subject of a few changes, including a titanium screw to hold the clip in place while it’s firmly seated in the body. As far as its body is concerned, it features the brand’s signature grooved texture.
The pen comes available in three distinct length configurations — Mini (4.6”), Short (5.3”), and Standard (5.8”) — so you can adjust it based on your preferred size. While the length sizes differ, each pen measures well under half an inch in diameter, boasting a circumference of 0.365”. Meanwhile, the Trailhead features Cerakote finishing, a thin ceramic coating that gives the pen an added shine. Then, its clip gets embellished with a sasquatch and treeline engraving.
