Soon we’ll be asking ourselves, “Should I wear a long-sleeve shirt or a light jacket?” When the temperature dips, it might be tempting to go with a top that’s more stylishly versatile at the cost of comfort. But why not have both? Ohio-based Relwen has been spending nearly two decades perfecting the blend of practicality with Americana-inspired aesthetics and has a solid range of outerwear that gives you the kind of comfort uncommon in the category. If you’ve tried out any of the brand’s Quilted Shirt Jackets (which are amazing for layering), you’ll definitely love their Polo Jack too.

Available in four colorways, the Polo Jack allows you to have your cake and eat it too, giving you the coverage of a jacket but the lightweight comfort of a polo shirt. Quilted one inch through all three layers to hold insulation in place, the shirt-jacket is built with a semi-water-resistant nylon shell (94%) with plenty of Spandex (6%) for a good stretch.
The breathable fabric is given 40g recycled polyfill for insulation to keep you plenty warm throughout the day, plus a durable closed-hole polyester mesh liner on the inside. Underarm gussets help you with movement, and are given non-insulated panels to balance things out. You also get some extra room thanks to the deep split side seams on either side of the waist.

On the front, you’ll get a surprisingly spacious chest pocket and a series of four plastic snap buttons on the deep center placket, designed for quieter function and easy on-off. Also blending nylon with Spandex, the cuffs feature a folded rib knit for additional coverage, but can roll up a bit if the weather heats up. This is truly one of the best, most versatile options for the upcoming fall season.

Priced at $198, the Relwen Polo Jack is available now from Huckberry’s web store.
