Each of the three new colorways pays homage to a significant scene from the film. ‘The Wedding’ is coated in green and streaks of white and gold to evoke the film’s emblematic opening scene, while ‘The Bar’ features highlights of red, blue, and white, serving as a tribute to where Michael Corleone first meets Appolonia’s father. Lastly, ‘The Restaurant’ is the trio’s most vibrantly colored pair, dressing up the Palermo in a South Beach-adjacent pattern inspired by the neon lights that juxtapose what took place at Michael’s dinner with Virgil.
While all of these new Palermo colorways are impressive, each of the collaborative pairs is also composed of premium materials, including tumbled leather and supple suede, making for a shoe that embodies Italian craftsmanship in every sense of the word. On top of that, the revived sneakers sit on a retro gum rubber sole for maximized grip and unrivaled style.
