With iconic retro-style looks, a classic British parallel-twin engine, and an overall fairly modular nature, the Triumph Bonneville range has long been one of the most popular platforms for moto customization, regardless of a project’s style or genre. And no one outfit has demonstrated this point better than Tamarit Motorcycles — a renowned Spanish shop that exclusively works on bikes from the Hinckley firm.
To date, Tamarit has completed more than 120 builds — all using Triumph donors. Known as the Veneno — which translates to “Venom” — this Bonneville T100 project represents the shop’s 101st project. This blacked-out bobber-style motorcycle features a custom front end complete with fork guards, an LED lightbar-equipped front number plate, a suspended circular projector headlight, and a set of springs set between the bike’s top and bottom triple tree. Moving backward, the shop has also treated the donor to a blacked-out tank adorned in gold shop badges and a suspended bobber-style seat.
Set behind a custom shroud is a Motogadget Motoscope Pro instrumentation unit. The German brand was also tapped to lend a set of its circular mirrors and bar-end LED indicators. A mono-shock setup also replaces the donor’s dual-shock arrangement, bolstering performance while also giving the tractor-style seat the appearance that it’s floating over the back wheel. The Veneno also sports numerous perforated components, with a hole-punched skid plate and swing-arm brace. This same motif is also repeated on the Bonnie’s bespoke subframe. Riding on spoke rims wrapped in knobby tires, the motorcycle has also received K&N filtration and a blacked-out two-int-one scrambler-style Zard exhaust. In total, more than 500 hours were spent bringing this one-off work to life.
