When Porsche builds a special edition 911 specifically for the Porsche Club of America, it’s not just another limited-run cash grab. These are the people who’ve been obsessing over flat-six engines and rear-wheel-drive perfection since 1955, so Porsche actually has to deliver something worthwhile. The 2026 Club Coupe, limited to just 70 examples, shows exactly what happens when Stuttgart takes that responsibility seriously.

The 2026 911 Club Coupe continues a tradition that started in 2005 with the 50th anniversary model, followed by the 60th anniversary GTS Club Coupe in 2015. But this latest iteration feels particularly special, not just because of the milestone it represents, but because of how thoughtfully Porsche has approached every detail.

Built on the Right Foundation

Basing the Club Coupe on the Carrera T was the right call. The T model has become the enthusiast’s 911 – it’s lighter, more focused, and equipped with a proper six-speed manual that includes that gorgeous walnut shift knob. The 388-horsepower twin-turbo flat-six provides plenty of power, while the mechanical limited-slip differential and 10mm lower sport suspension setup ensure this isn’t just a pretty face.

The addition of rear-axle steering, PASM Sport suspension, and the Sport Chrono package rounds out a spec sheet that reads like a wish list for serious drivers. This actually feels like a 911 built for people who understand what makes these cars special.

Color Story Worth Telling

The standout feature definitely has to be the Paint to Sample Sholarbluemetallic finish – a name that pays homage to PCA founder Bill Sholar. It’s a sophisticated evolution of the Club Blau used on the 2015 GTS Club Coupe, with a metallic depth that shifts in different lighting conditions. Paired with the satin black 20/21-inch RS Spyder wheels with Brilliant Silver accents, it’s a color combination that just feels right.

The red accents throughout – from the grille slat inlays to the front fascia details – reference the PCA’s signature colors without going overboard. Even the mirrors get the Sholarbluemetallic treatment instead of the standard Vanadium Grey, showing the level of attention Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur brought to this project.

Interior Details That Matter

Step inside and you’re greeted with illuminated “Porsche Club of America” door sills and a door projector that beams the PCA 70-year logo onto the ground. The black leather interior features Speed Blue and Guards Red contrast stitching, while the PCA logo appears embossed on the center console lid.

But the real treasure is the optional extended equipment package with its PCA-specific tartan seat inserts. It’s a bold design choice, but we’re certainly fans. Even the key gets special treatment, painted in Sholarbluemetallic and housed in a matching leather pouch.

Exclusivity Done Right

With only 70 examples being produced (one for the Porsche Museum, one for PCA raffle, and 68 for sale exclusively to PCA members), the production number directly correlates to the anniversary being celebrated. And, we imagine limiting sales to club members ensures these cars end up with people who genuinely appreciate what they represent.
