The Aston Martin Vanquish was originally introduced in 2001 before being replaced by the DBS in 2007. The model was then reintroduced in 2012, before being superseded by the Superleggera in 2018. Fast-forward more-than-half-a-decade-later to present day and the British marque has once again revived the Vanquish nameplate, this time for the super GT car’s most impressive iteration to date.

The Basics
The 2025 Aston Martin Vanquish follows in the footsteps of its first and second-gen predecessors as being a world-class supercar of a grand tourer, though the latest version of the vehicle sees just about every aspect of the car improved, inside and out. This includes a plush Q-designed interior, a sleek aero-kitted set of carbonfiber bodywork, and a dozen-cylinder twin-turbo powertrain — all of which add up to what’s unequivocally the most powerful, fastest, and most noteworthy Vanquish of all time.
Under The Hood
At the heart of the 2025 Vanquish is a comprehensively redesigned 5.2-liter V12 engine. Equipped with a reduced inertia twin-turbocharger setup, the forced induction twelve-banger benefits from the use of a strengthened cylinder block, custom connecting rods, redesigned cylinder heads with re-profiled camshafts, new intake and exhaust ports, repositioned spark plugs, and higher flowrate fuel injectors.
Mounted up front under the hood, the entire engine comes bolted to a ZF eight-speed automatic gearbox paired with an electronic rear limited slip differential that’s been integrated into the vehicle’s electronic stability program — marking the first time this feature has appeared on a front-engined Aston Martin V12 sports car.

Power & Performance
The 2025 Vanquish’s twin-turbocharged V12 engine cranks out a cool 823.5hp and 737.5ft-lbs of torque. These power figures enable the new flagship model to clock 0-60mph runs in just 3.2 seconds, and to achieve a top speed of 214mph — the latter of which makes it the fastest Aston Martin series production car to date.
Chassis & Suspension
The latest Vanquish is constructed around a newly-designed chassis and a bonded aluminum body structure with a wheelbase that’s been stretched by over 3.15”. Up front, the framework has been paired with a double wishbone suspension while the aft-end employs a multi-link setup. The 2025 Vanquish also massively benefits from the use of Bilstein’s state-of-the-art active DTX dampers.
Q-Designed Cabin
Designed by Aston Martin’s bespoke Q Division, the interior of the 2025 Vanquish boasts an impressive amalgamation of luxury and tech. The cabin comes loaded with a 10.25” TFT driver display, a double-amplified 15-speaker Bowers & Wilkins surround sound system, custom integrated luggage, a panoramic glass roof, and Sports Plus Seat as standard — the latter of which can be upgraded to available carbon fiber Performance Seats. The interior is also offered with either wood or carbon fiber trim, and has the ability to be optioned with a 4G LTE cellular connection.

Wheels & Braking Hardware
The new Vanquish rides on AML-spedific forged 21-inch wheels that come shod in bespoke Pirelli P ZERO tires that were developed specifically for the Vanquish. Bringing the V12 GT car to a stop is a top-shelf carbon-ceramic braking package.
Body & Aero
The 2025 Vanquish sports a full set of bodywork that’s been fitted with an advanced aero kit, complete with a large front splitter, side skirts, a full-length rear diffuser, a small integrated mini spoiler, and a vented hood. The entire suite of bodywork is crafted from carbon fiber as well.
