Jack Daniel’s & Indian Collab on a Limited-Edition Challenger Moto

Photos: Indian Motorcycle

In 2016, Indian Motorcycle partnered with Jack Daniel’s to deliver a run of limited-edition Chief Vintage and Springfield models — all 150 units of which sold out in just eight hours. Each year since, the Tennessee whisky brand has continued linking up with Indian in two-wheeled collaborations that would become even more sought-after, with the 2017 and 2018 edition runs selling out in only 10 minutes. And after debuting last year’s JD-spec Roadmaster Dark Horse, Indian has once again joined forces with the iconic American whiskey brand to produce another limited edition run of bikes, this time bestowing the Jack Daniel’s treatment upon Indian’s new Challenger Dark Horse.

Just like with previous years, Indian and Jack Daniel’s have called on South Dakota’s Klock Werks Kustom Cycles to help design and customize the Dark Horse-spec Challenger. Representing the sixth collab between the companies, the Indian x Jack Daniel’s Challenger Dark Horse comes cloaked in a custom metallic Rye livery with green and gold accents inspired by Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Rye whiskey. Other elements unique to the limited edition model include a numbered Jack Daniel’s Montana Silversmiths badge, custom engraved rider and passenger floorboards, and a bespoke leather seat with custom Jack Daniel’s branding stitched into the saddle. Additionally, the limited-edition bagger — which is powered by Indian’s liquid-cooled 108ci PowerPlus engine — also gets a 7″ touchscreen linked to one of Indian’s PowerBand Audio 400-watt stereo systems, a flared windscreen, low-rise handlebars,  FOX rear suspension with electronically-controlled adjustable preload, and Pathfinder adaptive LED headlights and S LED driving lights.

Priced at $36,999, the 2022 Indian Motorcycles x Jack Daniel’s Limited Edition Challenger Dark Horse will be restricted to only 107 units worldwide. The order window for the limited edition model opens at 12:00PM EST on October 21, though interested parties should act quickly as this year’s run of bikes is expected to sell out within just hours, if not minutes. On top of the motorcycle itself, each unit also comes with a  custom co-branded bike mat that also sports the bike’s corresponding serial number (out of the 107 total units).
